Provisioning
Starhome’s end-to-end provisioning includes analysis and fine tuning for Starhome services.
Provisioning includes installation and configuration of Starhome services plus a range of online activities and global analysis of service behavior. Online provisioning activities include SMS messaging management for inbound and outbound communities and for roaming tariff information. Analysis and fine tuning cover missing short codes, missing intelligent call completion rules, failure rates and, most importantly, analysis and balance of service behavior vs. subscriber experience.

The Roaming Data Group focuses on service availability to ensure that Starhome solutions deliver the highest level of performance.
