As VP Customer Service and Support, Nir is responsible for overall post-sale customer activities and satisfaction including field service, support engineering, product experts and the Starhome Global Services Operations Centers. Nir's previous positions at Starhome include Director of Infrastructure, Director, Solutions Management Group and Director EMEA Project Management. Prior to joining Starhome, Nir held various management positions at Comverse and Kodak (formerly Scitex). Nir holds a B. Sc. EE; and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
