Eitan Achlow's technical expertise, knowledge of the telecommunications industry and management skills made him an obvious choice for Starhome CEO in 2009. A ten-year veteran of Comverse and part of its senior management team, Eitan was President of the Asia Pacific division for the past 3.5 years. He brought together a strong team of professionals that boosted sales, succeeded in expanding into new markets and introduced innovative solutions. Prior to being named president, Eitan was AVP of Comverse’s signaling group, which developed the signaling technology for all of the company’s products. In 2002, Eitan became VP and General Manager of the SMS product division, where he managed all aspects of the SMS business unit. Eitan graduated with honors from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology with a BSc degree in electrical engineering. He also holds an MBA in finance from Tel Aviv University (cum laude) and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
