“I started working at Starhome in December 2005 as a GSOC (Global Service Operation Center) operator. After 2 1/2 years as an operator I was promoted to the GSOC Manager. Since then, I have watched my employees grow and advance to various other positions within the company. Within the last year alone, Starhome’s internal mobility has placed four employees from our department into other new and exciting positions.
After 3 years, I moved within the company to take on new challenges. My new position is Product Manager in the OMNYX group. My responsibilities include focusing and analyzing all of our operator's roaming data. This means I can use my acquired knowledge from the GSOC to create and develop new ideas, modules and widgets. OMNYX is the essence of innovation within the company. We are constantly looking for new ways to analyze the data we have and finding innovative ideas for how operators can fine tune their roaming business.”
