The Intelligent Call Assistant has a rich user interface that allows seamless call completion, native-language voice interaction and post-dialing SMS notification or any combination of the above.
The Intelligent Call Assistant* solution answers the need of all roaming segments for both Postpaid and Prepaid. It can be delivered as a full solution – Inbound and outbound service for both CAMEL and non-CAMEL – or as a solution for one roaming segment only.
Intelligent Call Assistant is also available to support outbound roamers using CAMEL and for inbound CAMEL.
