Why did you choose Starhome?
“The initial reason for our selection was that Vodafone Global recommended the Starhome solutions to us. Later on, we learned and concluded through due diligence, that using solutions from other vendors is not quite cost effective and may even cause degraded service quality when compared to the quality already provided by Starhome”.
What was your experience with delivery & implementation?
“Unlike most of the other solution vendors, Starhome provided accurate and on-time system implementation. We are quite impressed that Starhome colleagues worked in a very flexible manner and accomplished all the committed goals, even though some of our requests during the project were quite difficult to push through. ”
Did the Proamotion SMS perform as expected?
“As for the product itself, all features are supported and working effectively just as requested. We can say that performance is definitely beyond our initial expectation level. The Starhome Global Service Operations Center and the account managers are also providing excellent on-demand support.”
