Roaming Desktop – Provides a daily list together with views and information in real time to give you a complete view of your retail level. Information is presented both graphically and as a table. Retail information, based on a segmented level, contains: Revenue, visit duration, roaming distribution, etc.

Segmentation - On-the-fly, combined with marketing pre-defined segmentation is created and presented in OMNYX. Segmentation allows you to tailor your roaming campaign and track in real time the effect of the campaign. Segmentation is based on customers’ usage, visit duration and location and identifies usage/non-usage of subscribers during their visit as well as customers that have changed their SIM cards, call back customers, etc.
