The Starhome® Leakage Identifier™ solution identifies roaming leakage of inbound roamers to a competing network and provides alerts for radio coverage problems (including cell ID resolution). Online statistical reports identify where the inbound roamers have left from (VLR/MSC and Cell ID) and to which competing network MSC.
