The Starhome® Global Services Operations Centers (GSOCs) offer customers full support 24/7, 365 days a year. These fully secure centers provide reporting, monitoring and maintenance to over 200 operators worldwide, many of whom have already chosen Starhome’s Managed Service Mode.

More than 1000 live services worldwide are fully managed by Starhome's Global Services Operations Centers, Roaming Data Group and the enhanced QoS tools.

 

 

Starhome's Global Operation Centers monitor in real-time the status of deployed solutions, open trouble tickets and response time. Our privately held IP network enables us to view in real-time each of the IntelliGates installed at the operator's site, and upgrade, modify and monitor remotely all deployed solutions.
